No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination, abusive behavior, or pressure. Treat players, staff, and facilities with courtesy.
Be yourself
Do not impersonate another person or intentionally misrepresent your identity. Use profile information and photos you are authorized to share.
Keep it about pickleball
PiklUp exists to help players find other pickleball players and playing opportunities. No spam, scams, unwanted solicitation, or inappropriate use.
Respect boundaries
Nobody owes another user a response, Connection, game, or explanation. If someone declines, disconnects, stops responding, or blocks you, respect that decision. Do not contact them through another account.
Keep messages appropriate
Do not send threatening, sexually explicit, harassing, fraudulent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate messages or content.
Play fair
Do not intentionally misrepresent pickleball ability, DUPR rating, availability, playing goals, or other profile information to deceive players.
Meet smart
- Meet at a public pickleball facility when appropriate.
- Use reasonable judgment and trust your instincts.
- Protect personal and financial information.
- Arrange your own transportation.
- Tell someone where you are going when appropriate.
Report problems
Use Report Player to privately send concerns to PiklUp. Use Block Player to prevent profile access, future requests, discovery visibility, and messaging. If there is an immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Consequences
Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal from PiklUp. Serious or repeated conduct may result in immediate action.
